Beef Jerky Marinade

(compliments of Stacey Taylor)

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp dried onion
1/2 tsp dried garlic
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp seasoned salt

marinate overnight

We buy the beef top round cut brasciole. Its pre-sliced around 1/4 inch, so you just have to cut it into strips ~ 1 inch wide. You can find it at Shoprite

Look for the least amount of fat since fat doesn't dehydrate well and is what bacteria will start growing in first

We marinade overnight in the marinade.

Then add hot sauce/teriyaki/whatever the next day and marinate again overnight. T

hen dehydrate for like 4 hours.
