3 Bell Peppers in assorted colors yellow, red, green

8 oz on softened cream cheese

3 TBS of capers

1 TBS of garlic powder

1 tsp of Black pepper

3 tsp of anchovy paste


Cut the peppers in to bit size pieces, approx 1 x 2.   Blend all of the other ingredients until smooth and consistent.   Spoon the anchovy & caper cream cheese of peppers.   This cool and refreshing party pleaser is a piece of cake to make.
