2Lbs                bluefish

gallon           milk

1 cup                reduced mayo

1Tbs                cayenne pepper

Spiced bread crumbs

5                       cloves garlic

2                        yellow onions

3Tbs                olive oil

1                        lime   

 

Cut dark meat off filet and soak in milk over night.

In large baking dish add coarsely chopped onions, garlic, and olive oil.

Coat fish filets generously with mayo, dredge filets through bread crumbs spice with cayenne pepper.

Lay flat in baking dish, gently shake on more cayennes. Slice lime and layer filets.

 

Bake 350 for 20 minutes.

 

Serve with spicy tartar.
