Cold Tofu Salad

15 oz extra firm tofu - cut into 24 cubes
6 oz large black olives - pitted and sliced
15 oz of whole cherry tomatoes 
15 oz garbanzo beans
1 large red onion - chopped coarsely
5 oz crumbled Feta cheese

Add all ingridiants in large Tupperware container. Cover with favoriye store bough dressing or Lemon Tarragon vinegarette. See below

cup olive oil
4 TBS balsamic vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dry tarragon 
2 tsp lemon juice
large pinch of sugar
