Flounder and/or Shrimp Stuffing

8oz                   lump crab

12oz                 sea legs

1cup                 mayo

1stick               butter

15                     Ritz crackers

1tsp                  all spice

1tsp                  black pepper

2tsp                  garlic powder

1tsp                  horseradish

 

Combine in a bowl and mix together,

Butterfly shrimp and place in a buttered baking pan. Top with a layer of the stuffing.

For flounder - butter bottom of baking pan and stuff flounder and close with toothpicks
