Mexican Cube Steak

1 lb of cube steak
4 oz shredded monterary jack cheese
2 tsp Adobo
8 TBS any salsa (hot and thick is my favorite)

Pound steaks flat add season with adobo on both sides. In large fry pan, over medium heat add steak cook on one side for 2 minutes. Flip steaks add salsa covered with cheese on each steak. Cover pan and cook for 5 minutes or until cheese melts thoroughly.
Serve with Mexican corn (add salsa) and Mexican corn bread (substitute salsa and jalapenos for eggs in mix)
