5 Pounds of Spareribs
3 oz Captain Morgan Spice Rum
1 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup ketchup
1 pc. crushed ginger root
2 cloves garlic
Cut spareribs into serving pieces and place in a large sauce pot: add water.

Cover pot and simmer for 30 minutes, then drain and cool.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over spareribs.

Place in refrigerator and let stand for little over 2 hours.

Place spareribs on rack of broiler pan and broil about 6" from heat, continue to baste with sauce to prevent drying.
