|3 oz Captain Morgan Spice Rum|
|1 cup Soy sauce|
|1/2 cup brown sugar|
|2/3 cup ketchup|
|1 pc. crushed ginger root|
|2 cloves garlic|
|Cut spareribs into serving pieces and place in a large sauce
pot: add water.
Cover pot and simmer for 30 minutes, then drain and cool.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over spareribs.
Place in refrigerator and let stand for little over 2 hours.
Place spareribs on rack of broiler pan and broil about 6" from heat, continue to baste with sauce to prevent drying.
