8 oz portabella mushrooms
1 medium chopped onion
2tsp garlic clove
1 cup mushroom
black pepper
2tsp olive oil
1tsp cyan
cup plain breadcrumb


hollow out mushrooms as to make them into a bowl. Pace hollowed out mushrooms in food processor; add onion, garlic, black pepper, olive oil, cyan, and breadcrumbs. Combine. Place mixture back into the mushroom bowls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake 375f for 20 minutes
