Turkey Chili

1.5 lbs ground turkey meat
1 can of sweet corn (16 oz)
1 can diced tomatoes (16 oz)
1 pack of chili seasoning mix
2 cans of red kidney beans (16 oz)
4 large cloves of garlic
2 medium yellow onions chopped
1 beer of your choice (12oz) I used Amstel light
cup of H2O
1 tsp red chili flakes
1TBS olive oil
optional (10 dash of favorite hot sauce) I used "The Predator" and it kicked our ass!!!

In large pot add turkey, garlic, onions, and oil until turkey is browned throughout. Then dump the rest of the ingredients in a stir on medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn heat up to high and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes, an hour would make things come together better.

Serves 6-8 people.
Serving suggestion: top with friend onions and cheddar cheese. Have some corn bread available if you use a lot of the hot stuff.
